Vivo Sforzato di Valtellina
DOCG

“Vivo” was born from the idea of reinterpreting the Sforzato of Valtellina, preserving all the concentration and maturity typical of this great wine, but with fruit as the absolute protagonist. The carefully selected and dried Nebbiolo grapes give rise to an intense, fragrant wine that captivates from the very first sip.

The winemaking, based on a “per infusion” maceration, allows color, aromas, and tannins to be extracted gently and gradually, preserving the natural expressiveness of the concentrated fruit. The fermentation takes place in 500-liter tonneaux, promoting a harmonious contact with oxygen that enhances softness, elegance, and complexity. Aging for one year in wood completes the picture without overpowering aromas, leaving room for the purity of the raw material.

“Vivo” is a wine that is ready and enjoyable today, yet with great potential to evolve over time: a perfect harmony of fruit, structure, and finesse.
