Passione is obtained from the best bunches of Nebbiolo grapes left to dry for three months and vinified from the end of December. Aged twelve months in new barriques and thirty-six months in large chestnut barrels, this wine shines for its particular characteristics of fragrance and body. It embodies the essence of the Valtellina territory, narrating it in a rhythmic and punctual way.

Of an intense garnet red, this wine gives off a distinctly fruity bouquet with pleasant hints of vanilla and scents of ripe fruits, spices, plum, cocoa. The palate is majestic, full and ample in returns with tannins that fill the mouth with embrace.

At the table it is best served with hearty meals, red meats, mature cheeses and Valtellina specialties.
